throughout the nation, Texas, and locally, in Lubbock. Diane, a native
of Chicago, revolutionized haircutting in the Lubbock scene in the
early 70's. Since then, she has owned and operated four successful

 Sarah Carter was born in Amarillo, Texas but was raised right here in Lubbock. she graduated from Lubbock Christian University in May of 2006, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Family Studies. Since high school, Sarah has loved the salon setting. So after a year working in the field of her degree, she accepted the position as salon coordinator for Hair by Diane, which suits her perfectly. With her big smile and classic West Texas charm, she will make you feel right at home the second you walk in the door.  Ry is a Lubbock native who has been with the Hair by Diane family since 2007. She has a background in art and design, and uses her artistic skills to create the best styles for her clients. Her biggest treat is creating new and exciting looks for clients that are wanting a fresh and different look. Ry is very passionate about her clients' needs and desires, and will consult with each client about their overall look and discuss what their transformation should be!  Ashley grew up in Abernathy, Texas. She graduated from South Plains Cosmetology College in December 2005. Also being interested in make-up artistry, she went to the Cosmix School of Make Up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she earned degrees in airbrush, wedding, and runway make-up. She went to work for a salon in Fort Lauderdale, where she worked for three years. She mastered the art of Balmain Extensions, eyelash perming, and the Brazilian Keratin Treatment. She is very artistic and enjoys doing all types of color and cuts. She takes pride in her great ability of blow-dry styles. She loves to meet new people and share great ideas!

 Jennifer is a native of New Mexico that moved to Texas (as quickly as she could) in 1999. Jennifer attended Texas Tech and Vogue Cosmetology School. After getting her cosmetology license, she moved to Dallas, where she met her husband. While in Dallas, she became a haircutting specialist and worked on numerous hair/fashion shows. Jennifer is very pleased to be working at Hair by Diane with the fun and relaxing atmosphere. She loves to do color with radiating highlights and enjoys doing event hairstyles for all special occasions. She looks forward to clients who sit in her chair that are looking for a change. |

 Jaclyn (Davis) Willess is a Lubbock native, graduate of Monterey High School, and former MHS cheerleader. Jaclyn's passion for creativity and love of people inspired her ambition to graduate from the Paul Mitchell School of Houston. Her education proveded a strong platform for excellent cutting and color techniques. Working at Hair by Diane provides a great opportunity to continue to achieve the latest techniques of style supported with an environment of superior quality withing the upscale salon and spa.  Brooke is a Texas native that grew up all over the country. She returned to Texas in 2007 and attended South Plains Cosmetology. After working at Aalon Salon for 2 years, she came to Hair by Diane. Working in a high-end salon with a sophisticated, yet fun atmosphere has given Brooke the opportunity to excel in all areas of cosmetology. As our in-house esthetician, Brooke's services include all skincare and waxing from head to toe. As a stylist, she is skilled in color, cutting, and event hair.  Lanette Langer was born and raised in Michigan. She moved to Lubbock in 2005 and attended Oceans School of Massage, and has been practicing since her completion. It is a pleasant change for Lanette to be working at a salon and spa. She says she couldn't ask for a better place to work. The best part of working at Hair by Diane for her is that she is able to utilize all of her skills. Lanette offers many different therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, Reiki, and Shirodhara as well as cupping for sore, achy, or swollen joints and muscles.  As a mainstay at Hair by Diane and Associates, Julie is a most qualified
technician giving the salon's clients a relaxing head and scalp massage,
or color consultation/application, or even a waxing, and lash and
brow tinting service. Her expertise, and organization in the shampoo
department secures an efficiently-run arena. Julie has been with Diane
for 30 years, sharing her expertise and personable demeanor with each
of the salon's guests, insuring a professional "darlin’"

Shampoo Technician
 Maria is a shampoo technician and Julie’s assistant, and has
been with Hair by Diane and Associates for 8 years. Dependability
and consistency are qualities Maria carries with her in a confident
manner. Her pleasant and relaxing shampoo with a head and neck massage
sooths and comforts the most of hectic days. Maria’s assistance
throughout the salon assures the continued philosophy of catering
