As attentive as Diane is to her clients, her leadership and values with the salon staff sets the pace at the helm of Hair by Diane and Associates. Diane has seen her vision become a reality. She is recognized, not only as a salon owner, but also as a leader in the profession throughout the nation, Texas, and locally, in Lubbock. Diane, a native of Chicago, revolutionized haircutting in the Lubbock scene in the early 70′s. Since then, she has owned and operated four successful salons, each being a step above from the previous one. Through Diane’s teaching and guidance, the strength of the team at Hair by Diane and Associates, and the exemplary work done, can be held up to any of the recognized names and salons in the country.
