Sarah Carter was born in Amarillo, Texas but was raised right here in Lubbock. She graduated from Lubbock Christian University in May of 2006, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Family Studies. Since high school, Sarah has loved the salon setting. So after a year working in the field of her degree, she accepted the position as salon coordinator for Hair by Diane, which suits her perfectly.
