 Cancellation/Reservation Policy Although we know that unforeseen circumstances may arise that would detain you from keeping your appointment, Hair by Diane and Associates' policy is that notification of your cancellation is required 24 hours prior to your appointment. There is a fee for a no-show appointment scheduled and has not been cancelled. Please allow us to request a deposit for a party of 4 or more for services in order to reserve your visit. |
